Loriann is just the best!! we were looking for an old home to renovate and she helped us find the perfect one and navigate the listing of our home. Timing was everything and Loriann's expertise was pivotal in making it all come together. She answered all our questions on both sides and guided us through a very stressful but rewarding part of our life.

Loriann was absolutely the best person to guide us through the sale of our beloved home of 32 years. Her kindness and compassion made us feel safe in her care. Loriann helped our family purchase a beautiful home in Spokane. We were managing a cross country move from North Carolina with 2 young kids. Our hands were full! However, Loriann made the home-buying process so easy. Loriann scheduled FaceTime calls with us to walk us through the homes numerous times. She was timely with her communication and very responsive, given a 3 hour time zone change. When we got to Spokane, she showed us our house and we were blown away by the accuracy through our FaceTime calls. Loriann was there for every home walkthrough and signing our closing paperwork. She provided insight and support. She was a phenomenal real estate agent that was invested in us personally as well as helping us purchase a beautiful home. I would highly recommend Loriann!
